درمان آنوریسم مغزی
درمان آنوریسم مغزی : به بروز تورم در یکی از رگ های خونی مغز ، آنوریسم مغزی می گویند که مانند توتی آویزان از ساقه می باشد.
برای تشخیص بیماری آنوریسم مغزی سی تی اسکن مغزی انجام خواهد شد و در برخی مورد خاص و مشکوک ، متخصص مغز و اعصاب به بررسی مایع مغزی نخاعی می پردازد و چنانچه مشکوک به ضایعه عروقی مغزی شد ، اقدامات بعدی نظیر سی تی اسکن و آنژیوگرافی انجام خواهد شد.
روش درمان آنوریسم مغزی
درمان آنوریسم مغزی به دو روش قابل انجام می باشد.

روش اندوواسکولار
روش ادوواسکولار ، بدون عمل جراحی باز و ضرورت باز کردن جمجمه ، از طریق کاتر و مواد مخصوص وارد شریان می شود و پس از یافتن آنوریسم ، با تزریق مواد خاص یا بالون ، موجب مسدود کردن ضایعه عروقی می شود.

روش عمل جراحی باز
در روش جراحی باز ابتدا ضایعه عروقی را پیدا کرده و از طریق کلیپس های مخصوص آنوریسم بسته می شود.
انتخاب روش مناسب برای جراحی به عهده بهترین متخصص مغز و اعصاب می باشد و هر کدام دارای فواید و عوارض خاص خود می باشند.
چنانچه متخصص مغز و اعصاب ، پس از بررسی آنوریسم متوجه اندازه بیش از ۳ میلی متر شد ، این آنوریسم حتما باید تحت درمان قرار گیرد. در صورتی که بار اول نتیجه آنژیوگرافی در فرد منفی بود ، به سی تی آنژیوگرافی انجام شود و چنانچه جواب منفی بود ، بعد از دو هفته مجددا آنژیوگرافی انجام دهید.
زمان جراحی آنوریسم مغزی
جراحی باید هرچه زودتر انجام گردد و تنها در صورتی که حال عمومی بیمار مساعد نباشد و بیمار در کما باشد ، پس از به هوش آمدن بیمار جراحی انجام خواهد شد.
